Replacement Sealed units
We manufacture replacement units to your exact measurements. As a general guide, we can typically accommodate:

Larger panes for bigger openings, subject to manufacturer capability and safe delivery
If your size is unusually large or small, just let us know when you request a quote — we'll confirm feasibility and delivery method before you commit to anything.
Size
We manufacture to your exact measurements — no fixed size list. From small panes for cupboards and vents to full window and door-sized units, just send us your width and height in mm.
Spacer Bar
Available in Aluminium or Warm Edge, in Silver, Black, White, or Grey — with widths from 4mm up to 20mm to match your existing unit.
Glass Thickness
Available in 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm per pane. Not sure what you need? Send a photo of your existing unit's spacer bar and we'll match it.
Gas Fill
Choose Standard Air Fill or upgrade to Argon Gas Fill for improved insulation between the panes.
Glass Type
Choose from Clear Float (standard), Toughened Safety Glass, Low-E, Obscure/Patterned, Laminated, or Tinted (Bronze, Grey, Green).

Misted, cracked, or failed sealed unit? Get a like-for-like replacement, made to size.

If your double glazing has started to mist up between the panes, the seal has failed. In most cases, only the sealed glass unit needs replacing — not the whole frame.
We manufacture replacement sealed units to match your existing frame size and glass specification, including spacer bar colour, gas fill, glass thickness, and any coatings on the original unit. No minimum order — we're happy to quote a single pane or a full property's worth.
