Double Glazed Units
Double glazed units are made from two panes of glass separated by a sealed air or gas-filled space. They provide better insulation than single glazing, helping to keep your home warmer, reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency. They are commonly used for replacement windows and doors.
Size
We manufacture to your exact measurements — no fixed size list. From small panes for cupboards and vents to full window and door-sized units, just send us your width and height in mm.
Spacer Bar
Available in Aluminium or Warm Edge, in Silver, Black, White, or Grey — with widths from 4mm up to 20mm to match your existing unit.
Glass Thickness
Available in 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm per pane. Not sure what you need? Send a photo of your existing unit's spacer bar and we'll match it.
Gas Fill
Choose Standard Air Fill or upgrade to Argon Gas Fill for improved insulation between the panes.
Glass Type
Choose from Clear Float (standard), Toughened Safety Glass, Low-E, Obscure/Patterned, Laminated, or Tinted (Bronze, Grey, Green).
